PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES:
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local postal carrier
3. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date if the package cannot be located

ADDRESS ACCURACY:
